Yes IF, I have been doing it for almost 3 years now. I used to lift heavier until I started using Steemit it took my time working out at the gym and part of it because I travel a lot... I though I still manage to keep two abs 😂 charot!

Sadly no. I'd like to, just can't make a consistent habit of it!
I know, it's tough. You need a lot motivation and have good will power.
Do you stay active though? You sound like you're also into fitness stuff.
I manage to get active for a couple of months, then fall off the wagon. Then a few months later start something else :)

I wish I can find it here in Cebu, I tried going to a lot of groceries and ice cream shop but still can't find one... I only had that plain strawberry and plain vanilla.
