Today I woke up early 5.15.am as is my habit I did my prayer of the day thanking God for his blessings, then I went to clean up I went back to the bedroom again while preparing everything to go to work I saw a news channel to find out a little about what What happens in the world, at 6.05 am I left for my work as I am in charge of opening the bakery I am the first to arrive, the rest of the staff arrives between 6.30 am and 7 am I started the production of bread at 7.10.am we finished at 9.30.am, today we do not make as much bread because tomorrow we do not work and it must be controlled to try to sell everything, as at 11.am the bread was ready to bake the time passed One of my colleagues told me that he needed to make a pizza for his little daughters, but the departure time was at 4.p.I wanted to make the dough so that it was ready to bake shortly before 4.pm so we made the dough at 1.30pm.
At 3.pm we started to prepare it to have it ready because he wanted to get the pizza a little hot home to surprise his little ones.
After preparing, we put it in the refrigerator for a few minutes so when the time was right, take it straight to the oven.
At 3.40 pm we enter the oven because it takes approximately 10 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
At 3.50 pm it was ready while he was preparing to pack it in a container with a lid to keep it warm. Another colleague and I were preparing to close to finish the day of work.
Then I went home with my wife after arriving we prepared a bread pudding that we had agreed for today, I baked in the wood to save gas after it was ready I took a shower to rest a little,
like at 7pm we had some arepas that I prepare ampraise and a very rich mojito that my wife lianasuaje08 prepares .
I went to the bedroom to rest and watch television.
