I love traveling abroad but I also love traveling around Greece! There are so many places worth seeing and exploring. I've been to Syvota and Parga twice. The first time I was a kid and I went there with my parents. I had the best memories, so I decided to visit them again.
Syvota
A village in Thesprotia. A great choice for summer vacations, as it has amazing beaches and crystal clear waters. I fell in love specifically with the following two where I spent all my days at...
Bella Vraka Beach, a true paradise... In order to reach the beach you have to follow a narrow sandy path that rises just inches above water!
Agia Paraskevi Beach
If you happen to visit Syvota, a daily excursion to Paxos is a must! Unfortunately I was on a tight schedule so that one remains on my bucket list for the moment!
Parga
A town between Preveza and Igoumenitsa which attracts thousands of tourists. The castle on the top of the hill offers an astonishing view...
On August 15th, Parga celebrates with a big festival in honour of the Holy Virgin. You will enjoy music, food and fireworks in Panagia islet, right opposite the town! There will be boats taking you to the church till night which makes it an incredible experience. It will be a bit crowded but it worths it.
The view of the castle from the town.
Thank you for stopping by... I hope you enjoyed! :)
Thanks for sharing. Greece is definitely on my radar as a place to visit. The next time we go on a vacation, we were thinking of going somewhere in the Mediterranean. I would love to go surfing or paddle boarding there somewhere.
There are many beautiful places to visit in Greece! For surfing, paddle boarding, hiking, climbing, skiing :) If you need any information I would be glad to help :))
Such an awful and ugly place! How dare you upload such hideous photos?! :P
One question, aren't the waters there a bit cold?
hahah Awful to the maximum :P
Well yes.. The waters are REALLY cold but beautiful :P
Φωτογραφιάρες και μαγευτικά τοπία.Ακριβώς αυτό που θα πει Ελλάδα!
Έτσι ακριβώς!! :))
Life is an unfoldment, and the further we travel the more truth we can comprehend. To understand the things that are at our door is the best preparation for understanding those that lie beyond...
This is exactly how I see it :)) Thank you for your inspiring comment :)
pleasure 😊
