Hello, Sam!!! What are you feeding these mushrooms to make them so big!??

I like buying off the market like that when I can. They are so much more reasonable than at the markets. This may not be a typical market day for you, my friend, but this is an awesome post, showing another side of life. I love it!

I do like to use a lot of different mushrooms, but, I am not confident enough to pick my own. I just went to a class today on growing and identifying wild mushrooms. I am not sure I will ever feel comfortable enough to eat what I pick in the wild! :)
