Niendorf bei Lübeck/Germany - EN/DE

In summer 2016 we made a trip to Helgoland. On our way there we stopped in Travemünde, Germany. The beautiful Baltic Sea was waiting for us.

Vorletzten Sommer machten wir auf unserer Reise nach Helgoland eine Abstecher nach Travemünde. Auf uns wartete die wunderschöne Ostsee.

Actually we were just there to see some relatives but like every time we visited them we wanted to see the Baltic Sea. So we took a walk to Niendorf. The harbour and the sea there are beautiful to look at. But what I like most is the small green lighthouse.

Eigentlich waren wir nur dort, um Verwandte zu besuchen, doch wie bei jedem Besuch zog uns die Ostsee förmlich an. Also machten wir am Abend noch einen kleinen Spaziergang nach Niendorf. Der Hafen und das Meer dort sind einfach schön anzusehen. Doch was mir am besten gefällt, ist der kleine grüne Leuchtturm.

The beach, the sea and the gorgeous sunset. We already felt like we were on holiday, even if we weren't at the destination of our trip yet.

Der Strand, das Meer und der traumhafte Sonnenuntergang. Schon fühlten wir uns wie im Urlaub, und das obwohl wir noch gar nicht am Ziel unserer Reise waren.
