another famous monument is Patuxai. It was build to celebrate the indipendence from France and it is said it was never fully completed yet.

night street restaurant ^^ with delicious foods and beer. We discovered it just randomly and it was really great.
BeerLao and a local rice liquor.
BeerLoa got one of my favorite beer. Well, I am not sure if I am maybe glorifying it since I couldn't have it since then. Try it and tell me your opinion.
Overall Vientiane was nice. Sometimes it feels a bit like a small Bangkok. We also went to most places by foot and used sometimes a taxi. Main things are all very close.
Next step after Vientiane was Vangvieng.

Somehow the garden which was built for the independence from France seems French style.
I like the shape of a praying monk made by metal.
The most I'm interested in is that beer. Lol
