A man named Mike Gregory filed a complaint against British Airways after suffering 150 bedbugs during his London-Cape Town business class flight on New Year's Eve.
Where Gregory found blood on his pillow after waking up, and said that he felt itching in different parts of his body, to find 120 to 150 lbs, he searched the Internet for the same symptoms, which included swelling and redness and itching and found that it applies to his condition, as confirmed by a doctor exposed For bed bugs.
A spokesman for the British Airways said that investigations were carried out on board the plane immediately. "We have not received any further complaints on the matter, but we apologize to Mr. Gregory."
Gregory's complaint is the second against the British airline on the same subject, after a complaint filed by a Canadian family was hit by bed bugs last September on the same carrier.
The incident comes after several charges and criticisms of the company, including poor services and poor privileges, and the company was subjected to a wave of anger after a technical failure in May last canceled hundreds of flights and the need for thousands of passengers to wait in the airport lobby.

to be honest if i payed a charge of business class and this happens to me 100% i will complain and maybe more than that
Ofcourse you have right to complain about it but what i am telling is this kind of big companies have may be hundreds of employees and doing mistakes are possible. Respect in terms of complanining in necessary level, not too much or less, i mean in civilized level.

I want to tell you my thoughts honestly. It is not possible to reach %100 success. Sometimes companies may do some mistakes as customers we should show our respect and here eventhough they couldnt find anything British Airway company apoligased and initiated an investigation.
The important thing that should be done here this investigation whould be done under the supervision of governmental institution.
