Hello fellow steemians,
I published a post about how to get to down town area without paying for over-priced taxi a while ago, saving you around 30 - 40USD per trip which is quite significant savings if you are travelling on the budget. I highly recommend using public transportation getting around the capital as it is very convenient, efficient and cheap. Please watch Janek's video on how to get from airport to down town using public transportation and you will see that it really is a piece of cake.

Very good instruction! Please do not forget TO VALIDATE your ticket immediately after entering the bus. There are ticket inspetors quite often present in the Prague public transport and they really are uncompromising which will cost you USD 36 minimum! Please validate the ticket always as the first thing you do in the bus, its worthy!:-) And enjoy Prague, its great please to visit!:-) Upvoted, resteemed:-)
