Last week we spent vacation time in one of the most famous beaches in Aceh, namely the beach of Lhoknga aceh, Indonesia. The ocean of Lhoknga beach directly opposite the Indian Ocean is very beautiful when the sun sets. then no wonder many local and foreign tourists who travel to this beach.

@jpphotography Asian Sunday entry:
Railay Beach Viewpoint, Thailand. Located near Krabi, Railay Beach is a popular spot for rock climbing. I do some rock climbing myself, but in Railay I went on a different kind of climbing trip when I scrambled up a small trail to reach this beautiful viewpoint - covered in mud.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Australian Monday week #42 - winner announcement!
@bluebottlefilms Australian Monday entry:
It's whale season again across the south east coast of Australia. Keep an eye out for those spurts, especially around dawn. The low position of the sun makes the spurts glimmer on the surface during this time, making them much easier to see.

@phortun has a way better picture of Southern California beaches than I do today but I figured I'd toss mine in as well. This is from early morning in Hermosa Beach last month. As @phortun says the beaches in So Cal are a great place to watch sunsets, but they're not bad for sunrises either!
When visiting the renowned Santa Monica and Venice beaches in the coastal area of L.A., California, we were priviliged to enjoy this spectacular sunset over the Pacific Ocean conjured up by the Mother Nature herself. This image was taken just a few hundred meters from the Venice Beach Pier.
Such a great shot.
Truly wonderful!
Bunta Island
the island of bunta, a small island in acehbesar district, aceh indonesia. is at the tip of Sumatra island. when dusk is on the island of bunta, we will be served beautiful sunset scenery. the glow of light from the edge of the sky will be fascinating for those who have seen it. for the traveler who wants to go to the island of bunta, only takes one hour by using fishing boats.
Stunning!
This is the view i have from the boat i was sitting at on my hopping island trip in Belitung. This infamous lighthouse was built by Dutch colonial government in 1882. The lighthouse is 65 meters high, has 18 floors, and 313 stairs. It become the centre piece on this picture, and i like how contrast is the blue color of the sky and the turquoise sea color :)
Thank you so much for your wonderful entry! Have a great day. Tomas

Hello all
Today I will introduce one of the coastal areas in my residence, named "Kampung Jawa" Beach.
A beach located on the coast of Banda Aceh City, or about 15 minutes from the "Baiturrahman Great Mosque" (city center).
This beach there is always activity "Fisherman" in the afternoon.
Regards @czechglobalhosts
Beautiful shot!
Enjoyed last weekend at Lhoknga Aceh beach. the sea facing the Indian strait became the most favorite place to visit. Enjoying the beauty of the sunset here is also an option for the local visitors and abroad. because the sea of Lhoknga beach is very beautiful and attract the attention of the visitors.
Those colors are just amazing.
Fishing is not only a sport, it is a game patience, guessing and sometimes survivor!
Here the fisherman standing on these rock while the tide is coming up, he is scouting the horizon, wondering if the storm is coming or going.
Maybe tonight's the night to catch a shark!
Location: Darwin, Australia.
Love those different shades of blue in your image. Stunning!
Thank you, sometimes after the rain you can see clearly separated shades of brown and blue in the water. That is just unreal!
Underwater World of the Caribbean Sea, Bonaire Island.
Water, still from the shore glows with all shades of blue and emerald. Under the water color transitions acquire a different character. These are shades of blue and purple. And the further you from the shore and from the surface the more transparent the water and the more intense color.
And only occasionally among the shades of blue you can see the reflection of yellow or red. These are fish and other inhabitants of the sea. There are a lot of them, but they can not catch the eye.
What a great entry. I am glad to see you back:)
Thank you)
There was a difficult period and several trips.
Just spectacular! Thank you so much.
Thank you
The sea that surrounds the world has become an important role for all the living beings that exist on earth.
Even the sea counted larger than the mainland.
And below is the ocean located at the western tip of the island of Sumatra (Aceh). This area is also a silent witness to the Tsunami disaster in 2004 that destroyed Aceh and is now the best destination point in "Banda Aceh"
Stunning image. Thank you so much for your participation.
The Ice Bay
Cold and colourful winter sunset at Baltic Sea, Nearby Klaipeda, Lithuania. Some ice formed after few days of very cold weather making the seacoast quite surreal. Pretty low shooting point with wide angle lens makes a feeling this Bay is quite large, though it is actually only couple meters wide
A touch of long exposure to "ghost" some small ice pieces floating around
Enjoy the scenery!

Amazing as always! Thank you so much for your continued contribution. Tomas
Still trying to stick to cold look of Antarctica theme, though it is Baltic Sea :)
I like that:)
Twin Lagoon - Coron, Philippines
Coron in Palawan isn't overun with visitors yet, you should go sooner rather than later. Rent a boat for $40/day and tell them to take you straight to Twin Lagoon. You'll be greeted with massive jagged cliffs, and maybe even get the place to yourself for a while if you're lucky.
World' oceans.
Scuba diving is a nice and easy way to explore the oceans all over the world. There is so much to see under water. This photo is taken during a wreck dive in The Red Sea, Egypt.
The sea is a gift given to us for our guarding and nourishment because the sea gives us everything human needs to live and thrive because our ancestors used to be a sailor.
"The Underwater World of Koh Tao, Thailand"
Those coral-inhabitants were my absolute favorites. The second you get a little closer, they disappear in the blink of an eye and pop up out again, when danger is over. We were lucky to have enough sunlight during this dive to see all the incredible colors in about 4m depth. What an experience. Borrowed a Lumix plus Case for this Adventure. Anywho, it did open up a whole new world of photography to me.

"Lhoknga Beach" A beach face to face with the Indian Ocean, a beach with lots of visitors on weekends.
On this beach, there is also a "Surfing" activity although not much like on the beach "Kuala Cut".
however, many local and foreign tourists who play "Surf" here.
According to the sources I get from residents around.
In the past, the coastal "Lhoknga Beach" is a coast that is always hunted by the tourists, both local and foreign.
it's because it's a very beautiful beach, and the waves on this coast is also world-class.
However, after the 2004 tsunami that hit Aceh, the coast was severely damaged so that local and foreign tourists moved to the "Kuala Cut" coastline, which is only a few meters from the "Lhoknga Beach" or just separated by some of the coastal villagers' houses Lhoknga ".

Boat in Malaysia
When I was travelling in Malaysia, I visited the island of Penang. Besides gorgeous Gerogetown, the island has a national park with beautiful beaches that can be reached either by boat or by a jungle trek. I opted for the latter to reach Monkey Beach where I couchsurfed in a tent and watched the boats arriving at the beach!

I have also posted this photo on my blog.
View of the beautiful Pampatar bay observed from the lower plant of the San Carlos de Borromeo castle. This historic castle was the site of numerous battles in the colonial era, serving as a defense of the pirates who tried to plunder the city. Today there are only memories of that historical era.
Dear friend Tom @czechglobalhosts, here is my entry for Tuesday of Antarctica and World's Oceans photo challenge:
Since ancient times the sea symbolized various things: adventure, freedom, new experiences, etc.
And until now the impressions is still inherent to it: we always feel free and excited when looking at the ocean ...
This photo I took in Balatonfured, Central Hungary, in 2009, with Samsung A3 Camera...
Please Enjoy...! ☕❤
Thanks and have a lovely day...
