I am starting the week #38 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.
If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.
After today´s Asian photo contest, the 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge will be followed as per below rotation and then starting again with Asia on next Sunday.

Jingshan Park in Beijing
Just saw our friends from Beijing yesterday and thought about this amazing sunset above the city. We walked up to the Coal Hill in the middle of the Jingshan Park. The place was already packed with photographers, locals and tourists even 1 hour before sunset. The view is fantastic in every single direction. Come early, bring water and enjoy the view:)

One of the favorite places of banda aceh residents to buy fish that is netted by "Tarek Pukat", coastal fisherman here every day catching fish in the morning, afternoon, and evening. In addition, Gampong Jawa is also famous it's beautiful sunset to be seen. The many sunset hunters are arriving to photograph the sunset here.

Steemians !! It is one of the busiest tourist attractions visited by local and national tourists. The beach "Lhokseudu Aceh Besar" is a tourist destination about 20 kilometers from the city "Banda Aceh". The beauty of the sunset and the beautiful beach atmosphere is the dream of all who travel to this beach. The beach "Lhokseudu" starts in the wake of 2017 and every holiday arrives, the beach is always crowded in the tourists visit.

This is awesome. The I love how the water looks with that long exposure. It is like the whole structure is up in the clouds.
No surprise that this place is a favorite to visit among the tourists, truly spectacular image!
Telling about Gampong Jawa Banda aceh is not there, because there is a favorite place for local tourists to simply enjoy the natural beauty while looking at coastal fishermen who are fishing with using "traditional trawl".

Baiturrahman Great Mosque, is a mosque located in downtown Banda Aceh, Aceh.
Baiturrahman Great Mosque is a religious symbol, and silent witness to the struggle and nationalism of the people of Aceh,
And also the 2004 Aceh Tsunami Tragedy, which destroyed the land of this Veranda of Mecca.
The mosque is located right in the center of Kota Banda Aceh and is the pride of the Acehnese People.

Aceh, which has so much uniqueness that is present in every region, makes these areas have their the own values.
One of them is "Gampong Jawa".
This area itself has tremendous tourist potential. Behind the terms of tourism, this area also has a uniqueness that is done by the coastal fishermen is "Tarek Pukat"

Hey all,
let me introduce you to the Legendary Capital of Thailand, Bangkok. A place I expected to be more chaotic. I was looking forward to some crazy street photography of scooters loaded with tonnes of goods. Instead I found a rather organized city. Maybe I didn't look for it as much as I should have. Anyhow, other then being neat, the place is stunning! Those temples. I could not get enough of them. To shoot this particular scene I had to ask about a dozen people if they'd let me into their riverside homes until I found some hair dresser who let me in. She saw my tripod and camera, smiled and let me into her house. Next to all her kitchen utensils I set up my cam and shot this breathtaking sunset behind Wat Arun. Got there right in time for the red fire ball to hit the temple. All those fancy pants restaurant with riverside terraces would let me in ;) I admire Asian hospitality.

Enjoy the orange sun in the western tip of Indonesia. Babah Kuala is the name of estuary on the beach of Lhoknga, Aceh Besar which is always visited by anglers and visitors who want to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The bright orange radiance and the roundness of the sun are like egg yolks that move slowly until they disappear on the western horizon.

The morning atmosphere in the area of Mount Bromo.
Bromo is one of the world-famous tourist destinations.
I took this photo at 5:35 am Indonesia time.
According to local belief, Mount Bromo is the name of the Main God in Hinduism. Active volcanoes in East Java, Indonesia. It has a height of 2,329 meters above sea level.
The Tenggerese are native settlers around the mountain, believing that this mountain has magical powers that can protect their lives.

Shosenkyo Mountain Area - Japan
The idyllic Japan you can often find just some drive out of the bigger cities, you only need to be willing to leave the beaten track and keep you eyes open. As more you get into the mountains as less people you find and as more scenery you have to discover. Pure beauty!
The last evening of our 10 days trip to United Arab Emirates. More like a relax one at the beach in Ajman. Got very interesting and unexpectedly cloudy evening with insane colours at the sunset. Long sea wave with perfect reflection on the sand

This is the wonderful town of Uçhisar in Cappadocia, Turkey. The historical region of Cappadocia is an UNESCO World Heritage site and famous for its unique landscape and its historic towns. Hot air balooning is very popular in this region.
Bangkok at Sunset
The Chao Phraya river is one of the best spots in Bangkok to see a beautiful sunset. A ride on one of the public ferries costs not more than a few cents and is a must-do experience for everyone visiting Bangkok!

It is a pretty "classic" from Asia. Temple of Bratan Lake at Bali. It's worth to be there early the morning when the light is still nice and the tourists do not arrive yet. The reflection game of light on the lake perfectly sublimates the temple. This place is really nice.
This is the sunset photo I made in the mangrove tourism area of Aceh. The mangrove forest destination is located in one of the estuaries in the city of Lhokseumawe. This is a city located on the east coast of Aceh. Aceh is a province located in the western tip of Indonesia. its natural beauty is unquestionable.
I caught this photo on a beautiful day, the sun is clearly visible behind the dome of the mosque in the city which is located not far from the mangrove tourism area. Mangrove tourism area is also a habitat of a white heron. seeing the sunset and the white stork flying over the sky, this is a very beautiful sight.

Taking the milk home across the steppe of Central Asia.
This photo shows the vastness of the steppe of Central Asia - part of the third pole, the highest land on earth. Here a young boy rides his donkey with a jug full of milk (perhaps yak), and his dogs (to protect him from wolves) running by his side. I love the clouds and how huge this landscape is.

Annapurna Circuit Trek is one of the most popular trek in Nepal. I took this photo a liitle bit above of Thorung Phedi (4400 m). I was really excited that mountains are so different there, some of them are still green, on the higher level you can see snow and on the highest there is just ice and snow.
Tourists play and enjoying the beach atmosphere at sunset on the Gampong Jawa beach, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. On holiday weekends, local and foreign tourists visiting Aceh spend time with their families by enjoying the beach charm, especially at sunset and dusk.
In Aceh, there are a number of beaches that have a beautiful charm. Besides being surrounded by hills, the beaches of Aceh are also directly adjacent to the Indian Ocean.

I witnessed this spectacular scene on the way from Dubai to Abu Dhabi in the UAE. The sunsets in the dry desert area are always amazing to see. The dusts in the air make it take on a reddish tinge, so it displays such brilliant colors. The straight lines of the lamp poles also look appealing to me.
Cheowlan lake or Rajjaprabha Dam Reservoir is located in the second largest rainforest in the world - Khaosok National park in Suratthani province, Thailand. This place has a fantastic atmosphere, you sleep in a small house which is floating right on the water. Definitely, a mustgo if you are visiting Southern Thailand!

The Sakura road on the Spring
Sakura is the national flower of Japan. People here and people all over the world love Sakura. On the Spring, the whole country is covered by the white and pink of the sakura blossom. Everything looks so miracle.
This photo was taken on the park, with the long road of Sakura blossom. Its period is quite short, if you want to see this kind of view, you should come to Japan at the right time of Spring. So peaceful and romantic.
