Hello fellow Steemians!

I am starting the week #25 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.

If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. This picture was taken last year when I visited Singapore on a Summer Program.
It is gardens by the bay close to Marina Bay Sands.

I always caption this picture as "Colors of Life". This picture has almost all the colors, from green to red and blue to white. There are lights and also darkness. There are friends sitting together but at the same time somonelse is sitting alone. So it perfectly depicts different colors of our life.

Blue Mountains

This sunrise scene near Guilin (China) was just breathtaking. Can't remember seeing anything like it ever before. We got up around 3am, drove 1 hour towards the hill and climbed up for about 20 min. The reward: Just look at the photo. I guess we were really lucky with the weather and the clouds moving between the hills.
Have a great sunday:)

Extraordinary my friend, very nice capture :)

Lets go back today to a stormy Tel-Aviv. You can see Old Jaffa on the left, and a rising Lucifer's Eyes from the right, don't you?

A touch of long exposure to make picture somehow more dynamic even

Views of the skyline of Singapore. This was one of the most amazing big cities I have ever been in, the cultural difference fascinates me as people are very mechanical in the way they operate their day to day life. The city is starting to balance out the sky scrapers with more trees in and around the metropolitan area but I didn't mind the high rises all around.

I would like to participate in this contest by sharing this picture,

This is my photo taken at the hill "ONG LAP", Da Lat city, Lam Dong Province. Da Lat having an area of 393 km² is the capital of Lam Dong province located on the plateau of Lam Vien, at an altitude of 1500 m above the sea level. With many beautiful landscapes, Dalat is one of the most famous sites while travel in Vietnam. Dalat City is the most famous hill stations in Vietnam. Dalat is very famous as the city of thousand flowers and there are lots of farms for growing temperate vegetable that only can be found in Dalat. The city's temperate weather stands in contrast to Vietnam's otherwise tropical climate. Mist covering the valleys almost year-round leads to its name "City of eternal spring".

Hmm, that is a really nice scenery! Beautiful image as well as an entry. Tomas

Thank You.! Tomas

This is evening in Bangkok. This photo was taken from 59 floor of Lebuya Tower. This is luxurious hotel but 59 floor is abandoned and not used. So, to get there I need to use fire escape and then find the entrance to abandoned room. But at the end - the amazing sunset!

Hmm, very interesting to hear it is abandoned..... I saw many buildings, much smaller, abandoned in Acapulco... Great shot!

When I participated in an expedition on on the island of Sakhalin, the bay "Silent" which is in 150 kilometers to the north of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk became one of points of our travel. It has appeared the amazing place with the mountains, improbable on beauty, entirely covered with the juicy-green woods and the tender ocean washing the sandy coast. Absolute paradise for fans of quiet rest with tents, for fishermen and of course for photographers!)

Great!! I think this photo could win this week.

I'm not sure, but many thanks for you!)

Wow! Not much to say! Just splendid!!!

This is my entry for sunday Asia challenge of @czechglobalhosts

This is Yaqing Temple of sichuan province, China. It lies in an isolated valley 4000m above sea level. The monastery is associated with the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism . With more than 10,000 Sangha members now, it's the largest concentration of nuns and monks in the world.

Wow! Great image, great info! Excellent entry! Thank you so much. Tomas

you are most welcome

Finally, today I am going to take part in this contest.
Just wait for a while, I am outside, once I go back home I will take picture from my laptop which I have from my Singapore tour and will upload it.

Nara, Japan

One of my favorite cities to visit with lots of history and places for sightseeing. Near Todai-ji I took this shot of a small red tori-gate and a crane, the bird which stands for all the pain and hope people on this island have felt.

I took this photo in the Forbidden City in Beijing China. They grow trees using this curious technique of splitting it. The shape of the tree reminds us the Chinese character rén 人, which means "man" or "human being". In the photo, it can also be seen the dominance of the red colour which is a characteristic of the Chinese culture.

These are the Sun and Moon Pagoda in Guilin. The golden one is the Sun, while the silver one is the moon. They stood in the Shanhu Lake right in the middle of the town centre. During the day, you can take a boat tour which starts on the Lijiang river, but finishes on the shore of Shanhun Lake as they are all connected. At night, a stroll around the lake just looks amazing, even if it was cold and rainy as it was when we were there.

I would really really love to part in one or more of your challenges. Guess I'll have to keep my eyes peeled on Wednesdays for Africa so I can post my own photo too. Looking forward to Wednesday.

A rock on a Penang Island beach with a wave crashing over it. The island was beautiful, I was so glad I had the chance to go to it. Stopping at this beach wasn't originally on our itinerary. However nature called and I think it got me a beautiful shot.

I went to Kuakata sea beach in Bangladesh, South Asia with all members of my theater group. The main attraction of this beach is that you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the same place. The place is really wonderful, as you can see in my picture here.

Kuakata_Bangladesh.jpg

One of my favorite thing to do in Bangladesh is sailing on the Buriganga river while the sun slowly disappear, watching life going on as the night takes over the city. The last boats are crossing the river and the city of Dhaka slowly starts lightning up.

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.

My father lives on a relatively small island in the south of South Korea, and on one trip when I was visiting, I stepped out in the morning and glanced out behind his house and saw this. I had to run back inside and grab my camera to snap this shot.

Ah!!My turn finally arrived!!
That's my captured photo, taken at Cameroon Highlands, Malaysia.I was so dazzled by the marvelous tea valley having waves of high and low greens which encompasses the mind into a refreshing one,an amazing multitude of crisp greens!!

Early this year i had the chance to explore the wadi rum desert in Jordan. The landscape is amazing! the rock formations that scatter desert make it feel like you are on mars. It was alot of fun driving around in the back of a 4x4

Underwater caves always conceal a secret. On the island of Moneron, it is associated with the history of the island and the Second World War. There are legends that there was a secret submarine base. But at the end of the war a part of the cave was brought down. Now even if you manage to get to the island, which is not easy, you can's swim deep into the cave.

Taiwan is a very popular country for hiking. The mountains are beautiful, not that difficult and easy to reach. The photo that I am sharing today is from my hike to the top of Xueshan Mountain (雪山), that is the second highest mountain in Taiwan. The translation means Snow Mountain, but I did not go up in the winter, so I did not see any snow there. The elevation is 3,886 m (12,749 ft) above sea level. The mountain range is located at the Sheipa National Park (雪霸國家公園). The photo that you see below shows that beautiful nature that you can see during your hike (some other time I will share a photo from the top).

If you'd like to see the photo in full resolution, please click here, to see it in my Flickr album.

Visiting this Zoroastrian fire temple (called "Atashgah") in Esfehan, Iran is an amazing experience for two reasons - firstly the actual pre-Islamic history of the place itself, and secondly the view of Iran's second city. Priests used to kept a sacred flame burning for many centuries, which was built a millennium before Islam was founded. Zoroastrianism is the ancient religion in Iran and is still practised to this day in pockets of the country, though most Zoroastrians left to India (where they are known as Parsis) between the 8th and 10th Century

This picture has been clicked about 3 months back in Mumbai, India. One evening, I was bored so decided to go to Versova beach, Andheri. It was relatively less crowded because it was Monday. It was dusk, sun was was almost gone. I saw a boat which was pulled by a fisherman and brought to shore. That particular day sky and clouds were beautiful so I clicked the picture with my mobile one+5 camera.

For me this is one of the best capture around Annapurna Base Camp, which was taken in the very pleasant season of Spring when the wild flowers started flowering giving it a different scenery than usual.

This photo was taken before I going down the hill which called Nujiang 72 turns. It got this name because there are 72 turns when going down and there are no barriers. If you ride too fast, you are going off the cliff and rise up to heaven.

I took this photo in Upper Pisang in Nepal during Annapurna Circuit Trek. In the high mountains people need to carry everything on their back. This old lady just smile and put heavy basket on her back. She is doing this everyday, so for her it was just ordinary life.
