Today's entry is a little silly but I've been wanting to submit this for ages. Don't panic. This photo isn't from France. This is Window of the World, a theme park in Shenzhen, China. Because not all Chinese citizens have the money to travel abroad, here they can "travel" around the world and see replicas of every major landmark. These replicas are mostly 1:3 or 1:4 scale, so they're pretty big! And they are meticulously recreated from the Taj Mahal and Angkor Wat to the Vatican and even Niagara Falls. This was truly a memorable experience!
I was wondering what it was at first until I realized, haha..... Great image! Tomas
Flying water drops
Another photo of the Fisherman photo shooting in Guilin. We went to a small sand bank in the Lijiang river with a bamboo boat. The fisherman put on his traditional clothes and the photoshoot started. Amazing scenery with the funny looking "Karst hills" in the background during sunset.
Have a great week everybody:)
Brilliant Shot !
Thank you so much:)
I just love the pics from those series! They are simply amazing!
This photo was taken in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at night time.
I remember very well that it was difficult to shoot the entire Petronas Twin Tower when you were standing close below them.

You did capture it very well! Beautiful image. Kindly stay tuned for the winner announcement coming shortly. Have a great day. Tomas
Sunset in Bagan
Everyone should be able to experience the sunset from the top of one of Bagan's temples. It looked like the sun was setting the sky on fire and the red reflex on the waters of the Irrawaddy river completed the scenery. It is an amazing place, so full of history and good energy. That is one hell of the sunset! Tomas
Thank you for choosing my picture for Red Monday ColourChallenge! Very happy!
Great shot !
Thank you!
Siquijor in the Central Visayas of the Philippines is a great place to watch the sun go down. The island was once a place of magic and witchcraft but nowadays its a popular backpacker and dive destination.
Nice reflection 👌 @bluebottlefilms
Thanks @rinawonderlands!
What an image, what the colors! Simply stunning. Thank you for your submission. Tomas
I posted this photo few days ago in my feed, but I think it's also a good entry for the Asian Sunday.
I took this photo from the roof top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore. This modern hotel in the heart of Singapore is known for its world's largest infinity pool and one of the world's most expensive casino resorts.
This photo shows you not only a beautiful sunrise over the east side of Singapore, but also the Singapore Flyer with the Formula 1 race track and the National Stadium of Singapore.
For full view, please click on the image!
That is marvelous..😯😯
That is marvelous..😯😯
It truly is a perfect entry for Asian Sunday! Thank you so much.
This is the Marina Bay Sands, a large and magnificent resort fronting the Marina Bay in Singapore. The resort has a large hotel, a convention center, a large shopping mall, a museum, two large theatres, several great restaurants, a skating rink and an enormous casino. On top of the complex is a large SkyPark with an infinity pool which offers amazing views of all of the Singapore bay area.
Great image! That is the hotel I am always hoping to stay in once in Singapore:)....
i really love this challenge!!! big thanks to @czechglobalhosts :)
I took this picture at the famous Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They are 452 meters high and you feel really small in front of a massive building like that.
If you like my picture go check out my profile @marsell ⬅️
Great image! Thank you so much for your submission and the compliment. Have a great day. Tomas
nice pic @marsell.. The Petronas indeed looks better in the night time
thanks @rinawonderlands :)

i only went there in the afternoon last time, cause i only have a long transit :D
This is on the island of Geoje-Do in south korea where my father lives. The surrounded calm waters make for perfect reflections in the golden hours of the evening.

Prambanan temple compound was build more than 1000 years ago and is under UNESCO World Heritage Site from 1991. It is one of the highlights of central Java, Indonesia. Photo was taken early in the morning, when there weren’t a lot of visitors.
Enjoy in morning sunrise!

Great entry! Thank you so much for your submission. Tomas
Thank you Tomas. Will try again :)
This was taken on Camotes Island in the Philippines 🇵🇭 when me and @wanderingdanish went there last January. This is the view from our room. They have two infinity pools. We stayed at Santiago Bay Resort.
what a nice resort! @iwanderela :)
Indeed. Have you been in the Philippines?
Not yet, but i will put Camotes island on my list :) i never heard that before. Most ppl talked about Boracay
Boracay is too touristy and expensive. While “Camotes” or Sweet Potato Island is very laid-back, cheap and it’s beautiful 😍
laid back , cheap and beautiful is what i need haha :P
Beautiful place and awesome photography .
Indeed. Thank you 😊
You are always welcome
Our plane was touching down in Hong Kong after a long flight. It was around sunset. I opened the blind and looked outside. It was like our plane was flying through a sea of cloud and I can see the city through the clouds below. I quickly took my camera out and took a few picture of the amazing view. This picture here captured a weather observatory tower on top of a hill.
First frame of the night shots series from my recent travel to Dubai
Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.
Almost blue hour end when had some more light in buildings. Shot from the bridge with nice colourful lights boat passing under it with a long exposure effect
Enjoy the scenery!

We were in Luang Prabang when I snapped this shot. In the morning we could go and spend time at one of the temples. The monks liked to speak english with us, and they would tell us stories of what they wanted to do after they finished their time serving. I was lucky to snap this little moment between 2 friends.
So I was about to go to bed and just before laying down I realized the sun was about to set. So I ran up to the 37th floor pool and when I got up there I realized their was a rainbow above Kuala Lumpur and knew I had to get the picture.
Here's my entry for 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - Asian Sunday :

This is the first sunrise i have in Serangan harbour , Bali-Indonesia. I never thought it will be this beautiful, with the mountain and the boats on the sea. I feel like this picture has everything that a photographer want and i was so glad to have a clear sky in which i can see the sun rise perfectly.
That looks amazing and so peaceful.
thanks @derangedvisions it's indeed a serene place :)
When the day is over. We leave the sea. You can spend a few minutes in the pool next to your room. The last glow of the sunset is complemented by a night illumination in the pool. If we add a couple of cocktails to this ..
Philippines, Sebu
A night view of a street in Pingyao Ancient City, A UNESCO world heritage site in China's Shanxi Province. The photo was taken with a mobile phone last November when I was visiting the city as a tourist.
This picture was taken from inside the famous Temple of Leah in Cebu City, Philippines. The architecture combined with its amazing view gave us amazing memories and chills of this beauty of the world.
To the Mountains to the Sky !
Ladhak is is a paradise for landscape photographers, one may never feel like coming back. The terrain and weather could changes drastically in a very short distance in this Himalayan range. This photograph is taken from my road trip to Ladhak, India. Its close to the original view of the land, with very minimal post processing in lightroom.
Click image to enlarge. This photo is available first time on internet via steemit !
High res pic
We hired a couple of scooters to get around Chiang Mai in northern Thailand, and went along the highway and a very long and windy road up the mountain to reach the temple of Doi Suthep. After we saw the temple, we walked back down and saw these adorable girls in traditional Thai dress, eating candies. They weren't self-conscious about the camera at all, and didn't really care about the tips I gave them for the photos either. They only cared about chocolate.
Chinatown, Yokohama
Chinese New Year is approaching, so I guess it is time to post some Chinese-themed entry. Yokohama in Japan has been a international port city for quite a while, and it harbors one of the biggest and most colorful Chinese quarters outside of China. Even both countries are so near, it is still a big contrary visiting this area
Yellow Fruit Tree Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia. It's situated in Anshun in Southwest China. When we walked through the forest and valley towards this fall, we constantly heard its roars on our way. The area around boasts a cluster of beautiful water-eroded caves and smaller waterfalls.
beautiful as always @itchyfeetdonica :) it really looks like a nice waterfall to chill and relax
Thanks! :) Yes, you can also get into the water curtain cave halfway up to chill (it can get really chilly ;))
Inside the Forbidden City (Beijing, China) there are many interesting things. There I took this photo of a sculpture of a deity that have many hands. It can be seen that each hand holds a different object.
This is a portrait of the chief of the military guard. I photographed him about one of the palaces of the Korean royal dynasty in Seoul.
And although the outfit of the palace guard is stylized under the Middle Ages, otherwise everything is real: strictness and severity are by no means sham!

We are going to Naruto in Japan today. I’m sure many of you have seen the anime Naruto but there is actually a place in Japan called Naruto. Naruto is located in Tokushima, Japan. Naruto is famous for its whirlpools which can be seen at the Ōnaruto Bridge or from a boat. In our case, we took the boat to get some close up pictures
This photo was taken on Koh Samed in Thailand, which is a 3 hour drive from Bangkok. The island boasts an abundance of beaches with white sand and crystal clear water. It is a fantastic escape from the city, a great place to unwind!
I did not know that Mt. Fiji was so close to a city, amazing shot also.
The streets of Dhaka (capital of Bangladesh) are often very busy. Used by many different kind of transport such as buses, CNG, Rickshaws and more that makes these road probably some of the busiest in the world.
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
A hidden island in Hong Kong - Tung Lung Island. It is a fisherman village, and that's why there is not a single sight of polluting sources. In this secret island, you can enjoy an absolutely clear sky, water and witness the natural rocks formation and weathering!
This picture looks stunning! Love it~ especially when the sign in the middle looks like a cross. God bless you
This photo was taken off the cliffs of Krabi in the south of Thailand. The waves were extremely calm the day I took this however, the day before had swells of 3 meters and thought we were going to capsize at times.
Hi, I visited India back in 2009 and one of the places that I wanted to see most was the Taj Mahal. It was amazing to see this great wonder of the world up close and learn about its history.
It was commissioned in 1632 by the Mughal emperor, Shah Jahan, to house the tomb of his favourite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
This rock formation is called 'The Princess of Hope'(named by Angelina Jolie). It is located in Hingol National Park in the province of Balochistan in Pakistan. This statue wasn't sculpted, it formed naturally.
Beauty of Nature:
This photo taken from Matha, Purulia, India.
DEVICE: CANON 1300d; 18-55mm; CPL filter used
I'd captured the photo when I went to travel in India last month.
nice reflection @prabaltalukder
thank you

thank you
Hi, that is a great image! Shame it does not contain the minimum word description of 30 words to qualify for the challenge. Thank you for your understanding. Tomas
This was taken from uphill it called the Tuka Beach resort in Kiamba Saragani Province PH thank you
in last summer, I went there with my family , i found this place a heaven on earth, There was a small island near the lake, we enjoyed swimming , boating there,
Pura Ulun Danu Beratan (Bratan) - Bali
From all the temples I visited in Bali, I found this to be the most beautiful one. It is one the main attractions of the island. It is dedicated to Shiva and used for offerings to the Balinese water, as it stands on the shores of Lake Bratan. This lake is very important because it is responsible for the irrigation of central Bali. The temple was built in 1633.
This is Tirah Valey located in Orakzai Agency Pakistan which is federally administered area. The weather remain very cold in winter. Nowadays the mountains are covered with snow. I had visited in September 2017. There are green mountains covered with tall trees and plants. There is a lot to see for the tourists. This was one of the shots I had taken there.
Thanks for @czechglobalhosts to held the photography contests.
This is one of the pictures from my series called "The Forgotten Children" that I took in Istanbul, Turkey. I was out walking early one morning during a few day layover and came across a group of homeless children. I gave them some money and they let me get some pictures of them. It was heartbreaking.
Be sure to click on the image to view full screen!
Very nice look
This photograph is from Beirut, Lebanon. In this picture, I captured the beautiful moment of walking near the sea, looking at the lit night sky, and admiring this country, when I went there last year.
