Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @dali-gis:
Malá Strana, The Valdštejnská street. Quarter in which was our lodging just a step away from the castle. Very convenient because it is accessible to all the attractions of Mala Strana but also to the historic center for a pleasant walk or the use of a tram (very pleasant for an overview of the city and free for seniors! ). Very quiet in the morning.

I rewarded @dali-gis winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!
Please feel free to check out some of my other recent posts.
Travel Tip: Loket Castle, one of the most beautiful Gothic castles in the Czech Republic

Due to its location in the forested Elbe River valley and its architectural design, the dam is one of the most beautiful in the whole Czech Republic and perhaps it was also declared in 1964 a national technical monument.
That sure looks tremendous and deserves to be featured in today's contest!
Thank you very much friend @czechglobalhosts, I'm looking for the best pictures of my trip. regards
I know the Prague´s Zizkov Tower has been featured here many times already but maybe not from this angle. I took this image from the National Monument at the Vitkov Hill a few days ago. The Vitkov Hill is covered with trees that can be used as a nice framing for the photo :)
I took this pictue as I walked across the Charles bridge, you can see Prague castle sitting pretty on top of the hill. This picture reminds me just how insanely beautiful Prague was! Can't wait to go back again :)
Prague is a delightful city to explore on foot with its extraordinary architecture, charming cobblestone lanes and enchanting churches, squares and buildings. Prague’s history is long and deep which makes this spectacular city even more fascinating. Founded near the end of the 9th century at the crossroads of Europe, “Praha” or the “doorstep” became the seat of the Kings of Bohemia .
St. Vitus Church in Český Krumlov is second dominant of this must see! historical town. The first one is without doubts Český Krumlov Castle, from which the shot is taken. This place is really picturesque and you really need to visit it and make your own opinion.
Ahoj!
I confess that I cannot recall the name of this column and what it means. It is located in the city center, near the Charles bridge. I took a picture of her on the move, during the tour. I would be grateful, if will tell me the name of this attraction.
The Royal Garden (Královská zahrada) has always been probably the most elegant and well-groomed of all the gardens of the Prague Castle. Originally a Renaissance garden, with some beautiful pieces of architecture inspired by Italian influences, it used to be a place, where the king and his family relaxed, played games and raised exotic plants.
Prague - this is a beautiful collection of houses of the Modern style (Jugendstil). You can endlessly wander through the streets of Prague and admire the details of the architectural decor. Sculpture, bas-reliefs, mosaics - the richest heritage of the past...
It was named after Jan Neruda, the Czech writer and poet who lived here in the house "La Doi Sori". Not by chance, the most beautiful street in Prague takes you to the castle. Until 1770, the houses of the city were distinguished by heraldic signs, which can still be seen on the facades of houses Nerudova.

The Kinsky Letohrádek, also called Musaion, was built between 1827 - 1831. Part of the summer house is a park of 17 hectares where you can find several majestic trees. The building itself houses the Ethnographic Museum since 1901. There are many accompanying events in the museum. In the summer months, there is a café with an open-air reading room.
I decided to look like the famous Franz Kafka. Do we have some resemblance here :) ????. It is a beautiful tuesday to have some fun 😊. Enjoy your day fellow steemians
Looking down from the top of old 13th century Gothic Castle is what you see this amazing little picturistique village set in Southern Bohemia of Czeck Republic. Surrounded by Viltava River, Český Krumlov Castle.
I took this picture close to Czech Paradise and close to Trosky castle. There is nothing special on the picture... no monument... no famous city, but just some small village, which name I can't remember now. Sometime is more about how you feel in some place and not about names, dates, history or geography.
That is a big snake at Zoo Praha. A lot of space to walk through for people but I cannot say the same for the animals. Too many were not visibile and a lot of them, as the polar bears and some elephant, clearly showed some stressed behaviour. But no problem, when you see these beautiful animals here, that time you feel very well.
One of the most interesting and iconic features of Charles Bridge in Prague are the sculptures along the bridge. Their motives are religious and represent saints or different aspects of the live of Christ. Their style is mainly Baroque, however the ones that you see on the bridge are replicas, the originals are kept in the museum. In this photo you can see the silhouettes of some of this sculptures and the sunset on Prague.

Visit Charles bridge it’s a must. Stay away from the smoked spit roast in the square he charged us 30 pound for two pieces. Apart from that could not fault the place . Use Uber taxi much cheaper than street taxi.lol! just want to some help for vistors!
