London-the capital of England and United Kingdom, one of the places we dream. When we think about London, we think of Queen Elizabeth, the royalties, the Beatles, James Bond and many more.
London is famous for Big Ben but sadly, he is under maintenance until next year.
It has been 2 years since I last visited London and its Ralph's second time there-perfect! Down for some city tour!
From the hotel, it took us around 40 mins train ride to get to the Windsor Castle.
Windsor Castle
What a lovely place! It is a royal residence in the city of Windsor in the English County of Berkshire. It used to be one of the official residence of the Queen.
Its my second time in the Castle but still excited because photos are not allowed inside the palace; only mind images that you can save. Click!
Inside the castle are royalties collection of dolls and chinaware, armour, the setting of each room in the palace and lovely history of the royalties.
The 9 3/4 Platform
The 9 3/4 platform is the train platform for students going to Hogwarts. From the movie Harry Potter, the Kingscross station is a must go to of you're a Harry Potter fan in London.
Posing for a photo in the famous platform, brought us back to our childhood days. Yey! Hufflepuff and Slytherin!
And for Ralph's last day in London, we went to the famous Abbey Road. It is the famous pedestrian crossing where the Beatles had its photo for their album- Abbey Road
London has a bad traffic and if you will only stay there for few days, might as well take the train and bus to save you time. All these places are acessible by train then bus if you're too tired to walk just like us. See you again London!
Wow.. Really love the way you gave a thorough description of your journey.. It's just like I was there plus the spicing it up with the photos..sublime!!
