My Day 3 at my hometown in Nigeria

in #travel5 years ago

Hello guys.... It's my day #3 here in my hometown. Today, I didn't use the actifit fitness tracker for some certain reasons but still had to show you what I saw. In Nigeria, some of the most dangerous masquerades can be found in my hometown. They are different types of them; those that have smoke coming out from their heads, those that have mirrors around their body, those that are as tall as an electric pole and more. Dad sent me and my cousins to buy some stuff from a store. We were almost at the point of achieving our goals when we found out that deadly masquerades were walking out from the direction we headed to. It wasn't easy because these masquerades can easily hurt you without thinking twice. We managed to escape and we kept escaping different types of masquerade at different angles of the different roads we passed through. Finally, we were almost home but couldn't get inside because a road filled with masquerades (about 10 different types) separated us from our house. We had to wait till when the road was safe for crossing. Today was more than that but that's the main thing that happened. I'll be going back to base tomorrow; away from my hometown again. I hope I can get to come back some other time. Below is a picture of the masquerades my brother took while we were trying to cross over that deadly road.
