Hi @leo-tmp! Nice post and thank you for checking out my Ramen post too! I love Thailand and have been there many, many times. My wife is from Bangkok and we travel there at least once a year to visit with her family. You seem to be having a great adventure in Chiang Mai. I love the north too! Have you been to Chiang Rai yet? I also love Isaan and the non-touristy islands in the south. I think it is great that you respect the King and also the Buddhist culture. That is so important. I see that you like Pad Thai. What other dishes have you discovered that you like? Up north I love to eat Khao Soi, Gang Hanglay and Larb Muang Moo! I can't wait to get back to Thailand!!

Hey, thank you so much for your comment. Yes, I´ve been to Chiang Rai and it was nice but didn´t flash me like other places in Thailand or the north. Oh wow she is from Bangkok that´s so great very interesting place :-)
So about the dishes I most of the time ate a curry, sticky rice, pad thai, morning glory I guess you know that. :-)
I can definitely understand that you can not wait to go back and I think you´ll have a great time :-)
Nice to meet you!
