I have belonged to a touring group for a long time. Their motto is "It's all about the ride". It really is.

This is a very tightly controlled road, with plenty of traffic. I'd have been really happy to be able to ride that road at double the speed limit. The corners were all well paved and clean, with good sight lines and very predictable. It would be heaven taking a motorcycle across that road with no other traffic!
