Yes, even here on Baltic we sometimes have so-called SUMMER TIME :) Not for a long though, but happens. Baltic Sea is quite cold all year round and to get it warm enough for swimming is the issue in fact. So we count here some 16-18 degrees of the water already "swimmable". And if temperature comes to 20 or more (rare but still could happen)... that's becomes a heaven :D
