Two more photos complete the Teddy Roosevelt Costa Rica series. Both taken with the same gifted digital camera. Canon, one of the first. We spent the day at Manuel Antonio National Park. It was the first time I'd really seen the tropical jungle. We hiked in the morning, encountering various wildlife, mainly monkeys and sloths (which I found incredibly fascinating to watch! Like a glass of water being poured into another glass of water in slow motion). After the hike we spent most of the day on the beach swimming and watching the monkeys swing from tree to tree in the jungle behind us.

I am not as close to the monkey as this photo makes it seem. I try to maintain a healthy distance between all wildlife and my camera when taking photos.
