#1 - yes, so true. We live in Volcan and I have driven in David once and it was crazy. And people do cut in line all the time!
#2 - so true! We adopted 2 cats and have had a hard time finding them good litter. And they did give my kids a fungal infection!!! I want a Siamese but they are so expensive. They seem to be the only kind of cat people want here.
#3 - directions ARE impossible here!! I hate giving them to the Cable Onda people in Spanish. We sound crazy.
#6 - we noticed this in PTY. Last time we were there, they had coned off the "3rd" lane.
#11 - customer service is horrible. I hadn't experienced it until recently. They just ignore you and keep talking on the phone or to someone else.
#21 - no free refill - the only place we have seen a free refill is at McDonald's and Dominos in David. They don't really exist elsewhere in the country. ;)
