High altitudes indeed are very venerable. Being more terrestrial beings rather than aerial beings, sitting in an airplane and suddenly noticing that the clouds are no longer above but beneath you, yet at the same time you look to the sky seeing the infinite reaches of space we cannot even fathom is truly something that makes one quite awe-struck. Yet even then, we are still in vessel. Climbing the Mount Everest finding spots from where we can glimpse down to Earth most clearsightedly surely is mesmerizing, with the clouds under your nose and the globe becoming smaller and smaller.

I love painting misty scenes with water or river streams. They have so much emotional impact! It's fun painting such drama.
