A small view of the San Carlos de Borromeo castle located in the Pampatar bay on the island of Margarita. Its construction was started in 1622 and finished 20 years later, has been the site of numerous battles where it has been destroyed and rebuilt many times, nowadays it lends itself to visits of tourists and important events, leaving behind its epic days battles.
