Before becoming reality, the flying car has to deal with several brakes. If technology is no longer an obstacle, we still need to adapt legislation and put in place infrastructure to support air traffic. No question of taking off on the roads when a stopper blocks the traffic. You need an aerodrome and the green light of a control tower.

Very interesting thoughts. And I would agree up to a point. But the fact is that AI is making a lot of progress. So human software developers may become overseers of their AI peers. Anything is possible.

It’s a third comment and here is the link. Do what you think is right. Dig a bit deeper and you will find most of his comments being plagiarized using Quora. I saw this guy do it many times in the past.

I totally agree with ai and cars. I don't see AI totally taking over driving either unless we make some really major advancement. Without general AI I'm not sure it will be able to handle all roads/conditions and I have major doubts we can achieve general AI.
I would watch some automated flying drones run through some races or even do a bit of battle. As for the human emotion and drama they would just use the teams that build it.
