Everyone congratulate Chris on dropping 16lbs in 30 days following my one month customized meal plan!

Chris put in the work, followed everything on the plan and had an impressive transformation going down from 230lbs to 214lbs over these last 30 days.

It won't always be easy, but it's worth it. Stop putting getting in shape off! I PROMISE you, even though it will be hard at first, you will be SO happy you started a couple months down the road.
