Starting a fitness journey may seem like a great idea at first. You set a goal, and you imagine what you will look like when you meet that goal. It’s almost romantic, and you fall in love with that idea. A few days in and you realize this isn’t easy, working out, eating healthy… and you start messing up. Then you realize its too hard, and you give up.
You see this is why I wanted to make this video. If you KNOW that upon entering this journey that it will be difficult, and that you WILL mess up, because no one is perfect. What matters most is that you don’t give up after you feel like you have failed yourself. The only way to accomplish your goals is if you try, try, try again.

I totally agree @paolajane, we get totally turned on by the goal in our heads and we get all excited. In reality there is a lot of pain and time between you and your goal. That's why making consistent attempts, just like laying a brick on a wall, is the key to long term success. Good daily motivation, thank you.

Starting a fitness journey is easy but continuing to result isn’t easy, workouts, maintaining timing are all bit frustrating initially, But when you start getting results you will never want to stop.
I completely agree with you, the results do become addicting!

I found consistency more than anything moved me forward. When I really decided to double down and make it a lifestyle it was everything. Life is the thing that tend to pull me out of it the most....

I have just started my way of fit life with calisthenics excersises because I don't have a time to go to the gym. I am using my time during a day when my son is sleeping. I totally agree with you. It's not easy to last. You need to find a motivation to move your ass every freakin time. But the reward is worth every drop of your sweat. I wish you a tons of strength to motivate people and yourself. Keep going girl!!! Let the force lead you. :D :D :D
