Hill training today commencing prior to sunrise. Our coach trumpets the benefits of hill training that it enhances muscle strength, boosts cardio, improves fatigue resistance and improves endurance but my body doesn’t agree. 🥵 My eyes wanted to see daylight and sunrise whilst my brain and stomach craved post training coffee 😇



Hills are hard, great you have a group to help with tackling them.

Every Thursday morning I participate with a local run group coached by a physio running coach who assists the great Deek with the indigenous marathon program, so I'm in good hands. Its a 5.15am start and we are expected to do a 2k warmup prior so really happy to see the end of winter
