Today’s sparing session in Crawley points - semi contact was good having one of my students with me .
Crawley karate probably one one the best schools apart from mine in the area producing multi world, European, and British champions 
yesterday session was light contact in Cobham 
I’m so lucky And great full to have these amazing people around me they keep me at the top of my game keep me on the podium . Train hard win easy that’s our motto
