How to use the additional blocks:

1. Rename .gbx file to existing map-number in "mapghosts" folder (probably C:\Users{username}\Documents\TrackmaniaTurbo{weird string}\MapsGhosts)
2. Replace the existing file
3. Open map in Trackmania Turbo
4. Use the copy/paste tool to move the blocks
