Running a Bricklink store is pretty much parting out to the next level, breaking down sets into individual pieces and selling them part by part.
Aside from that, I've done OK picking up used bulk lots of Lego at yard sales and the like, figuring out what sets are there, putting them back together and selling them. Not only do I get to build some cool out of production sets, I make a few bucks doing it too.

It helps keep me sane, and the little bit of coin I make helps pay for my hobby. I know of a couple of stores that operate as a full time income which I imagine would be fairly full oj
Yeah, I have to start making a big push this year. I have a ton of shit I need to shed and could use the funds. I just hate dealing with all the nonsense that comes with it.
Selling to pay for the hobby is a damn good feeling though.
