Predicting future trends and values in a real estate market can be difficult. There are economic, political and social forces that can significantly impact a market. Often times it’s very difficult to truly understand all the forces that are influencing a market and accurately predict any outcomes with total certainty. Typically the best and most commonly used way to determine value in residential real estate is to look at comparable sales. When we compare what is sold around the subject property we can begin to better understand the value of what we are buying or selling.
