Topic: Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Numbered Lists, Check Lists don't render, link option not clickable

The following styling options don't seem to appear on posts and/or comments when set within the editor.
Italic
Underline
Strikethrough
Numbered Lists
Check Lists
Quotes (this may just be styling)
It also seems that the link button is not clickable/performs no action.

Environment
- Browser: Google Chrome (Version 65.0.3325.162 (Official Build) (64-bit))

Note: I tested these on a second account in the above posts.
