Topic: Voting on 7 days old topics
Currently the UI allows voting on old posts, we want to use a system with beneficiary-comments to allow this behavior.
And currently after 7 days the pending value is set to 0 by steem, so we have to query the fixed value from then on.

@cryptoctopus I fixed the pending value and disabled voting on 7 day ovd psots for now, the other system I will remember :)
