Reply to Didn't get an upgrade and lost the resources I spent on it
Resolved as of 4/11/2019
I followed up on Discord again with screenshots asking for guidance and if I could provide any info. It was recommended a DM'ed a member of support directly so I did.
He let me know that they encountered some bugs but upgrades are working again (screenshot of the conversation below). I can confirm this as well as I tried upgrading again and it's currently working. However, they are no longer refunding resources so that is a bit of a bummer.
If anyone encounters this in the future I recommend that you begin with looking at the #helpdesk channel in the Discord first (https://discord.me/drugwars), support is quick to respond and let the community know if there are bugs. If you really want some personal attention go ahead and @mention a few folks and they may have you dm individuals.
