Topic: Add Sub-Categories (possibly later)

This is more of a long-term suggestion than a short term suggestion but I recommend that you eventually allow admins to create sub-categories

Some of the subcategories I want to create on DavaoCity.xyz are:

Groups | Meetups

1. Steem Davao
2. Steemit Davao
3. Davao Digital Influencers
