    You donโ€™t really need to understand anything, just use !COFFEEA 15 in any comment you make to reward the person you are replying to with one of my tokens (ignore the 15 - I put that to send you 15 to start with) They can be collected, traded etc on steem-engine.com and even if you never log on to that site you will still have your tokens because the Steem Blockchain holds the record of them.
