You don’t really need to understand anything, just use !COFFEEA 15 in any comment you make to reward the person you are replying to with one of my tokens (ignore the 15 - I put that to send you 15 to start with) They can be collected, traded etc on steem-engine.com and even if you never log on to that site you will still have your tokens because the Steem Blockchain holds the record of them.
