He just lost $10.

The site he used to cash-out also offer a free level 1 account that already offers a maximum daily deposit and withdraw limit of Php 5,000 or $ 97.61. He could back up and used his usual way instead, but the time was running out to his promises.

Moral Lesson: Do not try to transact anonymously.
