From left to right the columns of plants are:
Broccoli, Green Peas, Emerald Oaks Lettuce, Green Towers lettuce, Carrots, Kale
I find it so astonishing and mind boggling how these plant sprouts seem to dance around and move to and fro, just on a super slow scale of speed! They are most certainly alive and active!
Life is so strange. And that these little shoots will become larger green plants I can consume and eat for energy. Everything comes full circle.
