This was very enlightening and I'm very grateful you've recorded and posted this... off to listen to part 2 next and I'll comment further on that.

The observation that Northern Ireland definitely still has an identity that it asserts is very interesting to me. Without identities to fight for Europe really is lost. I also firmly believe the Christian identities Europe used to have (especially of the last 100 years) firm in their societies are a fundamentally good identity which can produce much healthier societies than what we're seeing right now from the Marxist inspired far-left.

You talk about the heroes of the British army and then follow it up by talking about how Christians promote peace. The British army is responsibility for multiple genocides and horrific acts across the world for hundreds of years. A lot of which were done in the name of religion. Just look at what happened to Catholics in your own country when they tried to purge the religion from the country never mind what has been done in Ireland in the name of god. I agree with retaining a cultural identity but blaming a whole group for the acts of a few extremist would mean that all British people are terrorists.
