Hoithis has repeatedly attacked Saudi Arabia's facilities since the country's military helped the Yemeni government repel the Hoithis rebels. I think this war will continue. Two Islamic schools fought here. Arabia with Sunnis and Hoithis with Shia support from Iran. I think this is the beginning of the war before the Day of Judgment because in the Qur'an it is mentioned that the battle towards the Day of Judgment starts from Yemen.
Somalia has always been a victim of these attacks and the country isn't even filled with resources for the Saudi's to loot after this hit. I can't really blame them the Saudis the case with the Iranian has gotten them pretty spooked to a point
