New rule:
Any, and every, time you visit a beach between now and the day you die you must pick up at least 3 pieces of plastic. See it as just a thing you have to do if you want to enjoy the beach and the sea.
No-one else is going to do it, so all of us have to. It's not even that much of an effort. Yaz and I have been doing this with every beach we visit, even if only for 5mins, and just see it as a beach 'tax' that helps us enjoy the beach even more knowing that we did a bit of good. We won't allow ourselves to leave without our 3 pieces of plastic. I THINK this is baby Leopard Shark on the beach in Brighton, England, and just one unfortunate example of millions.

I always pick up trash when I go to the beach. In my beach bag there's always a trash bag specifically for this.
