While organizing my old photo archives, I came across this map I'd saved.
And it got me thinking, why was the Soviet Union created? What purpose did it really serve to the rulers of the world? What control was achieved with its creation?
The answer lies in the East, itself. The rising powers of the 21st century are the former imperial powers of the pre-British Empire: China and India.
China and India have more than 2.5 billion people among their domestic populations. That's more than 25% of the world's population. Japan is a US vassal, and has been since its formal capture in 1945 and its subjugation to US military occupation for the past 78 years. Japan was rebuilt by American industrial power, to then produce the leading electronics products of the entire world - especially consumer electronics.
Anyone who has ever purchased a video game console from Sony or Nintendo, Japan has benefited.
