Yeah, that's not a bad idea, the rep thing. You know, I spoke to Asher this week and told him I am going to back off with the engagement this week to let someone else get in there. So I backed right off and we'll see who makes it up the top. Last week I told him to remove me altogether but we decided I'd give it a week or two more. Let's see how it goes, and who the top dog is this week...Not the G-dog, that's for sure.

I learned that removing my name didn't help. For a few it becomes a competition and they will do whatever it takes to remain in 1st place each week. Even after Janton stepped aside from the EL it still was not giving new users much opportunity, so don't remove your name. Please! We have to be able to come up with a better way.
Pretty much what Asher said too. He knows I don't do it for the 1st placing, I do it (engage) to have fun, build relationships, drive my account and brand...The right reasons. Let's see what tomorrow brings...I've tried to slow down, although today has been a busy commenting day replying and stuff.
You are engaging and curating for the right reasons! And promoting Engagement helps the entire Hive community. Did you ask @abh12345 what he thinks about a separate section on the list for the over 70 reps? More work for him, but maybe not too much?
I was chatting with him tonight, forgot to ask actually. I will though, tomorrow. It's possible I guess.
