Think of the universe as a small atom. planets move around the sun as electrons move around the nucleus of an atom. it would seem to us like a atom's electrons are moving at a faster speed than our planets. these atoms could be made up of even smaller universes. these universes would operate. live and die on a much higher rate that we do at our universe level. intelligent life on a atom would seem to us as a fraction of time, to them it would be millions of years. other larger universes could exist and it would seem to us as these are moving very slow. millions of years pass as the planets spin around the sun and solar systems intermingle to create life as we know it.
