You described a sad situation from your childhood. It is truly a terrible situation if a person heartlessly left an animal to die, having the opportunity to help it. You transferred the projection onto me. My situation is somewhat different. I will not justify myself to you, or prove to you that I am not a heartless person. I see my situation differently.
