In the very near future it will be mandatory. It helps the team come together on something. Currently we are a great team but it is sort of like herding cats lol.

Lol! my friend is a sweetie, still trying to get her brain around the reality of steemitworld... She' been screwed by unions and was pretty sure this was a union for a few days.
