Our featured member this week is someone who has really started to come into his own and is making ripples across the Steemit ocean. Say hello to @reko! Most of you have probably seen him stacking his chips over on LuckSacks.com and winning Hold 'Em tournaments. He may be a man of few spoken words, but his actions speak loudly.
Who Is @reko?
He hails from the country of Sweden, and has been an amazing force for this platform over there. If you've been following him for awhile or ever talked to him, one thing you probably know is that he loves dogs!
He even ran 'The Healthy Dog Daycare Place' in Gothenburg. This should let you know just how caring of an individual he really is.
Word of Mouth
There is a series he started a few months ago that has gained the respect and eyes of people across not only his own country, but the world and vast Steemit oceans. He is one of the only people out there promoting Steemit offline and bringing new members to our beloved platform. He's been a steady force over there for his #promo-sweden movement. He's been averaging one new member per week since he started and that will grow exponentially as he persists and 'word-of-mouth' spreads.
Dumpster Diving Diaries
You ever heard the phrase, "one man's trash is another man's treasure"? @reko has and is living proof. In this series, he literally goes dumpster diving, but not for things you would think. The treasure he is after, is an expendable resource we all need and often take for granted.
