I want to do the IF, too. My doctor war a bit sceptic and advised me to start with 14:10. I did that two months agor and considering changing to 16:8 in some weeks after the next visit at the doctor's. I don't know whether I lost weight because I have no scale at home - I don't want to let a number dictate my life. I can wear clothes I had for more than a decade and that's enough for me ;)
Kepping to the 14:10 wasn't difficult, no hunger or so. Only problem was foregoing my cup of coffee in the evening. The way I drink my coffee is "i like a bit of coffee in my milk" and because of that milk I had to stop that habit :(
