One of my favorite stir-fries is definitely the winged bean stir-fry. It's usually made with lots of fried garlic which another personal favorite of mine. There's usually a boiled egg in the dish cut into four pieces. The shrimps and squid in it made us feel like we were definitely on a tropical island.

This dish is usually eaten with rice but is very popular amongst the social drinking tables. The roasted red chilies usually wake you up just enough for you to keep drinking.
