A well-known tactic in the business of government is called the “Fearmongering Doctrine,” which basically involves staging events or taking advantage of tragic events to advance a previously contemplated political or militaristic agenda.
The fearmongering doctrine employs force, stealth, and crisis to implement economic policies and government regulations in any nation anywhere.
Example#1: Governments wanted to crack down on dissidence or criticisms across all social media outlets, so they took advantage of the Rohingya refugee crisis in Myanmar and invented the repugnant labels of “hate speech” and “fake news” to shut down the critics they originally wanted to silence everywhere.
Example#2: The American banking cartel wanted to hijack the monetary policy from Congress. So, they orchestrated a financial crisis (The Panic of 1907) to influence Congress into signing the Federal Reserve (an independent agency primarily controlled by the private banking sector).
Example#3: The banking cartel that runs the United States wanted to increase the public debt through a new war because wars are the biggest harvest of debt. Therefore, they used the tragic events of 9/11 to convince the American public of an endless era of warfare (The War on Terror), which is still raging till today with no end in sight.
The fearmongering doctrine is a very effective tactic in the business of government because it capitalizes on fear for controlling people. Parents practice it on their children, and likewise, rulers exercise it upon the parents. All human emotions can be hypnotizing, and since fear is the strongest and oldest emotion, it is the most powerful. It is instinctive, and we are helpless against it.
Terrorists are not those illiterate bearded ones lurking out of sight in the caves of Pakistan or Afghanistan. The real terrorists are walking among us in plain sight. They run the banks and the governments.
